I've been using Naptha for many years because I have yet to find a plastic it attacks unlike most other solvents. WD-40 also works well but the Naptha softens the glue a lot faster and doesn't leave residue behind. I've even used it on polycarbonate which is easily fogged by solvents.
Not to mention it's a lot cheaper than stuff like goof-off...
It's old school but it works...
