BUGSY00 designed Holliday's web site, so I'm sure there is no conflict of interest here. On the vote for Cobra builders web site mentioned on another thread on CC, there were ten votes total for Holliday Motorsport. On a scale of 1 (being the lowest = bad) and 5 (being the best = exceptional) ..... Holliday got an average of 1. That might have been a fact of ballot box stuffing ... maybe from the customer (customers?)that sued him. Quote:

With your Ranger history maybe you should check him out ? I was referring to Daryl in my post, not oggie. There are plenty of people who spend their lives doing things half-a$$ and never get any better with time. |
My thought on it is this. If he has been doing it for 25 years and is good, then he would be a lot bigger than he is and would have a lot more customers. Plain and simple. How is it Factory Five has been doing this for only about 13 years and they have over 6000 sold and have a huge loyal following? How is it Hurricane was only selling for a few years and have sold over 100 kits and have a loyal following? 25 years puts him starting in the early 80's. The companies that have been around that long are considered among the best and you can find all kinds of independent info about them.
Have there been complaints about Holiday Motorsports from people who did not accept help and had their panties in a bunch over nothing? Yes without question, same for FFR, Hurricane, ERA, Kirkham, Superformance and everyone else out there. The difference is that when those come up, they are brushed off because it is a rarity. When one comes up for Daryl Holiday, the first responses are "Here is another" and posts like this seem suspicious. |

But lets get one thing straight, its guys like me who have made sure that guys like you can enjoy the Freedoms of our Country. Rangers generally earn it the hard way, in my book that's far from being an idiot dickhead. Finally, there have been some good points regarding why there have been complaints against Holliday Motorsports my opinion is without direct knowledge you should refrain from placing judgement in a public forum. |
I thought this thread was dead. I guess not. I'm ready for anything.

So where's Oggie to defend himself, everyone gets worked into a lather over some comment made by an unknown that then disappears and the fight goes on anyway? I always thought the Marines, the Rangers, the Seals and all the other guys (and gals) were on the same side.
WalMart has a sale starting today, 2 for 1 on big bags of microwave popcorn.... |

I keep waiting for you to start posting photos of any Decorations you may have received. GEEZ..give it a rest. This thread just about fades away and no one is caring about it .....then here you come bringing it back to the surface whining like a little girl about it.%/ You must not be the sharpest bayonet on the field. |
I'm not a plant and yes I was directed to the website but wrote what I did on my own accord. I've gone and seen the car a few times and Mr. Holliday seems to be making excellent progress. I can't speak to the nature of his past dealings but it seems he fully intends on keeping his word and finishing my Cobra. Mr. Holliday appears to have many enemies on this forum but I can only speak for myself and my experience. I haven't posted because I forgot about the forum and frankly I'm glad I did. It's nice to see grown men acting like sniveling third graders. Keep up the random flame wars and enjoy your pissing session.
|
So after three months you wander back in and try to re-light the fires?
Glad to hear you are making progress on the build. |
I just figured I'd say something to defend myself. I'm re-lighting the fires because it looks like the flames had gone out. I'm making almost as much progress as my car which is coming along nicely. Maybe I can pick you up and take you for a spin. That might be tough since your a Senior Club Cobra Member. Make way for the tough guys.

I bet the third graders look up to you as well oggie. Let the well planted sand-bagging attributes continue. Post some pictures oggie, would like to see the sled. |
I consider myself along the intellect of a 5th grader so they do look up to me. I've got another fake review coming. Ready?
Mr. Holliday is Jesus himself and came down from heaven and created my car out of scraps of paper mache and dog urine. I was amazed until he looked at me and told me to have faith. Daryl Holliday is Jesus. No lie. I've seen the light. Good lord. I'll get some pictures soon and post em up for everyone. The man is doing his job and thats all anyone can do. |
