Chassis Dyno in Virginia

Anyone know of a good chassis dyno shop maybe around the Roanoke or Richmond area.

Hello Greg -- there is a place called AED (Advanced engine design) on the southside of Richmond -- I believe it's on/off of Willis Road/Route 1. I've personally never used them but they know V-8 muscle engines. Steve Payne here in Richmond may have used them at some time and he's on this forum on occasion. Maybe Steve can chirp in here.

Regards, Mike Sharkey

Hi Greg,
Steve Payne here.
AED is a speed shop / custom carb builder here in the southside of Richmond with a Mustang chassis dyno. I go over and dyno my car every time I make a major change to document that I am moving in the right direction. ;)
They custom built a carb for me for my Roush 427R and then dialed it in to the "T" on their dyno. They know Holley based carbs inside and out. Their number is:

Hi Greg,

Ron Jennings here. I can't answer your question but wanted to say howdy since I'm only a couple of miles away in Staunton..actually Mint Spring. I can't believe I've never seen you out riding around! We'll have to set up a cruise sometime before it gets too cold..ha..ha...

Mike,

I saw that you might be in the Va Bch area. If so check out Dyno Tuned Performance in Chesapeake 757549-DYNO....Ask for Frank or Brent....Mac

Thanks for the replies guys. It seems like AED Performance is definitely a place to check out and maybe get my carb tuned and the car dynoed. Bugman, live in Stuarts Draft and ride RT 11 quite a bit from Staunton to Mint Spring when I'm out for my joy ride. Haven't noticed any other cobras in that area. Let me know if you ever want to go out for a cruise if the weather gets a little warmer for a day.
