bearing shifting in carrier

went to mini nats...............tracked car............experianced some binding in right rear. and upon closer inspection found that the outer bearing had shifted to the inside of carrier housing. (probably in the left handers, under lateral load). and in doing so the inner rotor face is now making contact with the inner caliper housing, thus createing a metal to metal contact. also the five studs holding the spinner adaptor.............. the heads of these studs are also contacting the hub assembly. anyone experiance this same condition? any ideas?

If the SPF is similar to the T-Bird IRS, the wheel bearing is retained on the inside by a circlip.

accually, it has the dana 44 in it. i was told by superfomance parts guy tim that my car was changed about 400 cars prior. so from about 2200 on up they have the 44s. they say they have never encountered this problem before. of a one year warranty. and i am past that by 5 days. go figure.
