Good place to get Jag rear calipers rebuilt?
Anyone know of a reasonable place to get the rear calipers on a Jag IRS setup rebuilt? I just want a decent reasonable job, nothing fancy. Clean, functionable and painted to look good.

Try your local foreign car repair shop.

There a great place in west islip ny
767Jockey There's a great place in West Islip. Your Garage. All you need is seal kits and new stainless steel cups. A ball or stone hone to break the glaze. Couple cans of spray bombs of the color you want and your are all set. The paint needs to be high temp. A compressor may be needed to blow out the old cups. A Large "C" clamp to install the new cups. Measure the cups for the right size replacements. You can do it in about 15-30 minutes. Make sure the bleeder is loose before you reinstall them on the car. Rick L. Ps if you have a problem, call me

These really are easy to rebuild. 30 minutes a side is about all it takes.
If that doesn't work, I have bought MANY parts from this place. The prices are good and the shipping is really cheap. I've even returned some stuff and they took care of it in days. They carry pads for my Jag rea-end and it is a Series 1.
