I thought you guys might find this web site interesting, it's very cool and if you do as much work on classic cars as I do you might find it helpful if you need to build or fabricate a part.

Cool site. I was just telling a ME buddy of mine (last quarter) that there was a business opportunity doing just this, and he blew me off.

Yes it is and its a pretty easy 3D cad program to use!

if your making party favors it's OK, but other than that I don't know how a serious business could use this service.

There is a need for shops more set up for prototype work.

I think the market is more for one-off machining needs. I'm sure it's pricey, but if you can do your own design, submit it with payment, and get a needed part, then it meets a market need. I may give it a try.
