He's not local to you, but I think going to Jeff Miller in Temucla is worth the trip. Aside from an occasionally GT, Daytona or GTM, cobras are about all he does.

I will tell you I have no 1st hand experience with this guy but two people at seperate times have said this guy is good. I was admiring a bright red hot rod at a show which was just finished and the owner referred me to his painter with all good things to say, and again by a hot rodder who said he was great at body work and paint.
