The lift is called a KWIKLIFT. I've had it since 09/2001. The total price with shipping was $1734. It included powder-coating, 2 1/2 ton floor jack, 4 ton bottle jack, extra center-lift bridge. I park on it with the slight incline. when working under the car I raise the back. Height is just right and works well in a standard height garage. I had a chance to check out the KWIKLIFT at a Good Guys show in Pleasanton a couple of years ago. Looks like a great lift, especially if you have limited space in your garage. Unfortunately, my garage is really narrow and I don't have enough space install one. Part of the deal when I bought my Cobra, is that my wife still gets to park her car in the garage....I can live with that. :D
KWIKLIFT doesn't have their 2009 show schedule on their website yet, but you normally can see one at a major Hot Rod show. |
