Will this site be the next to be sued by Shelby?
So the ffcobra site and Factory Five are the latest to feel the Brand protection campaign from the lawyers of the Carrol company!

Thanks for the answer. And the reason for that is that we have moderators and an administrator that not only do their jobs, but keep in touch with what is going on and make sure that we do not cross any lines. Ron |

This is America. Land of the free, home of the brave.... ....bastion of democracy and equality ANYBODY CAN SUE ANYBODY ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON. I half expect to be sued just for saying it. :) But that's OK, my lawyer is one nasty bad-a$$. Even I don't go near him unless he's been fed. |

As someone posting for the first time here...maybe you should ask those questions at the FFR site.
As Ron noted, we have a good relationship with all the various companies and suppliers, rather than being devoted to one marque. We have no interest in having legal disputes involving others being dragged over here. Thank you for your interest. |
