Looking for Good Looking Cable Clamps
I'm dressing up the engine compartment. I'm looking for options for cable/hose clamps. Not the stainless steel strap used to clamp the radiator hose, but the kind of clamp used to hold a hose or wire harness in place.
I'm only aware of the steel ones with a rubber overlay (ugly) or the nylon clamps that come in transluscent white. I'd go for this in black if I could find it. But I am wondering if there is something better looking. |

Black Plastic clamps in Aubuchon hardware. Google is my friend.

There are generic versions of these with larger (1/4") mounting holes, but these use a 10-32 machine screw, and IMO are the good ones:

aircraft surplus supply house usually has good assortment of clamping supplies.

Yes either Aircraft Spruce or McMaster Carr.

Hi Paul,
I used these from Summit Racing for my brake and fuel lines. They come in various colors including black. I replaced the 10-32 screws with self-tapping screws to attach to the chassis. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku Hopefully these are similar to what you are looking for. Mike |
How about just like the originals?
