The black stripes look great against the polished car. It's also set-up nice and low. :D

You're not in 4 wheel drive territory.

ekrupa2 01-29-2009 04:31 PM

Wow that's sharp...how about a Kirkham painted black with unpainted stripes...now thats the ticket.

By the way, with a "4" being the first number on the license plate, that would put the registration circa 1998-1999. So that's probably a very early Kirkham.

Does anyone know the owner of this car (CSX4225)? I really like the look and if it were local, wouldn't mind seeing it in person.

This is a continuation cobra in polished aluminum, CSX#4225. The sound you hear is not the Cobras, its of a race car (forgot what one - I think Greenwood Corvette?) that almost hit me - thats why ...

I think the car is owned by Canepa, these were taken in front of his tent at Monterey 2008.

When I saw the black wheels, the first person I thought of was Bruce Canepa.

His car? Don't recall seeing this around his museum.

This may be a future look for me. I like this car. I wish i could see it in person.
