ZX900, Listen to Double Venom , do not use a false title , they are checking for this in a number of states and the people who did this will get in trouble . Your problem with the sale is you did not buy a car from the seller you bought parts, all he has to give you is recites. How do I know , I had to post a bond for 3 times the value of the finished car and the state assigned a vin to the car and had to appear in court to get it done . After three years the bond is dropped . A very bad Kit dealer in Conn. was selling Kits and bodies out the back door and was not paying off the floor plan at the bank or his investor . This was about five years ago and this was reported to the east coast DMV,s and set a chain of events, a number title mills into court and they are looking for the Kits .
