Ball joint help
I need new lower ball joints for my lonstar cobra. They are the screw in type. I believe they came from Chrysler, off of an upper control arm. Any of you lonestrar guys know what the part number is by chance?

Moog ball joint
Mat, Not sure if you got your answer, but many of the aftermarket Mustang II type control arms are using the screw-in type ball joints. Yes, my understanding is Chrysler has used these from the 50's up until as recent as 1989 ! The replacement screw-in joint I found is from MOOG. Part number K-727(LOWER) K-772 (Upper) these should be easy to find.
Go to suspension.com for heavyduty PU dust boots for these as well. |
