I wanted to bring everyone up to date on the raffle for Kamron's Kids. I had dinner with his Dad tonight after playing some basket ball with him and some of Kameron's friends. I let him know what you all have done for us here on the Club Cobra site and that I would like for Kameron's Grandfather and him to be at the drawing that we plan on doing May the first. He was over whelmed by your support and kindness. He told me how much he missed his son and that I did not have to do this. I told him that it was something I wanted to do for his family.
Shelly has a list of all the people that have purchased raffle tickets and how many for the drawing. I think she wants to double check all of them and get them ready for the drawing. I thank you for your continued support and we will have a winner soon. Thanks, Keith Craft |
I have been ask if we are still selling raffle tickets for the foundation and yes we are. We will be selling them untill April 30th. Feel free to call me with any questions at 870-246-7460.
We had a bad tornado go through Mena, AR about a wek ago and killed three people and tore the town up pretty bad. It came through at night which was good because it hit one of the schools. Kevin Kameron's Dad told me that the Kamo Kids foundation purchased quite few back packs and supplies for a lot of the kids affected by this tornado. The foundation is already working in great ways to help kids that might not other wise get some of the things they need. Thanks agian for your help. Keith |
Thanks for the update. What a great and positive influence you've chosen to be. Its inspiring and I'm sure many will emulate your example.
Thanks again. |

Keith - Very rewarding to hear that the foundation is already having a positive impact on your local community. :) |
Kamo's Kids
The foundation has been a great way for Kameron's family to carry on his works. It is never easy to lose a child and I think helping other kids has helped the family feel that Kameron's death was not in vane.
We all have done a good thing here that will benefit a lot of children. I am just trying to help a friend and this is about the only way that I know how. I wish the best for all of you and your families. God bless, Keith |

Keith,
I have been busy with our mother passing away and some how missed this post. I'll pray for the family and friends. It's always so sad to hear news like this and especially about the young. He's with the Lord now, and I'm sure he's smiling down at you and Shelly, for having such a good kind heart. ;) I will contact you or Shelly with my contribution. Sincerely, Kevin & Patty Gilmore |

Mr. Hale drew for us earlier today. Mr. Michael Bernica is the winner. Michael, if you'll please contact us at your convenience for shipping details, we'd appreciate it. Again, thanks to everyone who participated. There are a lot of wonderful people on club cobra and we are proud to be a part of this forum.
Thanks, Keith Craft |
Huh? I'll be damned.
OK, I'll contact you and we'll talk. OK you guys, I don't know what I won (have to read this long thread), but let's sell it here and give the $$ to the foundation. All I ask is that somebody gets me a good dyno job on my car sometime. I'm in no hurry. |
We will what ever you would like. The raffle was for a set of our Edelbrock Stage 2 CNC FE heads complete for a hydrulic roller or solid flat tappet camshaft. Pop's Performance also donated an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake to go with the heads. You let me know how you want to auction the parts if that is what you want to do or if someone wants to contact you about buying the parts they have a normal retail value of 2795.00.
I will put up an auction on E-bay or here on Club Cobra if Brent is ok with it. Feel free to call me at 870-246-7460. I know that Kamron's family will be over joyed with your contribution to the foundation. We raised about 3500.00 through the auction and then we will be adding to it what the parts bring. We could tell that Kamron's Grand Father was very greatful and over whelmed by what all of the members have done for someone that they do not even know. Thanks again, Keith Craft |
Keith,
I'll call you to work out the best way to do it. I would think that the folks here should get first shot, however that would work. |
