One step backwards two steps forward-nice for a change
For a change I actually took one step back and got two steps forward in the cosmetic resurrection of FFR4760.
Body is off (last Saturday), blocked, filled, sanded, and now in primer/sealer Unlike the last time I got this far with my last FFR, my plan is to paint the car this coming Friday the 21st of March (With or without a buyer) before the shop gets too busy for me to do so. http://www.clubhotrod.com/photopost/...00/primer2.jpg http://www.clubhotrod.com/photopost/...00/primer1.jpg Bill S. |
Bill,
It is looking good so far. What color do you intend to paint it and will you put stripes on it? Ron :) |
Already looks better. You should leave it just like that. :)
|
For resale I'd stick with one of the classic colors (Blue, red, etc..), and most people when they think of Cobras think of one with stripes. Make it too different and you'll limit the market, but you know all that already!
Good luck, looks real good so far. |
Bill,
I wish I had known you before I bought my Cobra. Jim |
