glass bodied
inboard brakes ... is it a Unique ?

767Jockey 03-23-2009 05:24 PM

Hard to tell from the pictures. I thought it looked in some areas like a Contemporary, but the foot boxes look wrong.

tmareina 03-23-2009 05:49 PM

It's not a Unique....Looks like it has the properties of a couple of mfgrs.

1985 CCX 03-23-2009 06:05 PM

Looks like a home made from many different sources to me?

Original Stewart Warner gauges????? Are they as original as the Richmond 5 speed tranny?

I'd watch out for anyone who admits to over $100K for restoration and will let it go for $69K

You beat me to it. $24 if you want the AC Cars LTD version.

CSX 4039 03-23-2009 10:14 PM

To me, it looks like an E-M.

vladimirpajevic 03-24-2009 06:55 AM

I don't want to discuss if you can call the "original" the car where you put some genuine parts, but the one in question is absolutely not convincing. I was proud owner of the Big Snake in the seventies and must say that the optical impression was quite different!

Huh? Then don't discuss it, we will. It's the glass body that bothers me. It just doesn't grab me.........
