Cobra parts Orlando.
Hi guys, Im on holiday from the UK in the Orlando area in a few weeks.Having recently ordered a Dax427 kit I thought I might get some shiny bits whilst there.
Could anyone advise me of places to buy some parts like rocker covers,badges etc. Many Thanks. John. |

I'm in Saint Cloud. If you're around this Saturday, there is a weekly cruise at "Old Town" in Kissimmee, and next to Celebration. If I know you're going, I'll be sure to look for you, and would really like to discuss cobras, especially those from the UK. |
Might get some ribbing for this but here goes. Only replying after seeing the Finish Line recommendation.
I brought my Cobra in from the UK and ordered a few parts recently from Finish Line. Their prices seemed high to me and so I started comparing them to Brasscraft, Autocraft and others in the UK. I ended up ordered rear view mirror, side wings and various other items from the UK with shipping for quite a bit less than Finish Line before the addition of shipping charges. Now it is certainly possible that the quality is different so I cant say one is 'better' than the other but I will say that for some items like wind wing fitting pieces which should be fairly similar in price Finish Line was way higher in price. In short don't assume things are cheaper here, they might not be. Paul |
Hi fellas.Thanks for the prompt replies.Paul,yes I know what you mean about the prices,at the moment over hear you can get some good deals with the economy as it is.I thought that it may be worth a look while I'm over there just to maybe get some "different" items.
my427,I will definately be at the Old Town cruise on Saturday11 April and the week before if I can get away with it.We have made plans for the 4th but I will try and make it.11th is certain.It would be great to see you and talk Cobras.Went there last time and really enjoyed it.
