Just googled about their move to TX. I'm not in TX! Guess I have to ifnd something else to do today

YerDugliness 03-26-2009 07:30 AM

Texas? I looked all over their website and found nothing about TX--where in TX did they relocate?

I'm half an hour from Houston, 4 hours from DFW, have visited every ***** roadster kit manufacturer between here and Nebraska (Shell Valley/Midstates), including the now defunct Hurricane company, have never heard about these guys.

Would you please post more about this company's new location?

TIA!

Dugly, here is a link to EM's location in Texas.

Thanks for that.....LaPorte is less than an hour away from me, I'll visit them for sure. I've followed the EM products for a long time, like their new Gen IV stuff (except for their "snorkel" hood treatment).

For some reason I thought the Hunters Cobra company had relocated to TX.....DOH!!

Thanks, again!

14121 S.E. 155th St.
Weirsdale, Florida, 32195
Phone 352 425 6238

Weirsdale is north of Tampa, take the exit off I-75 at the Don Garlits museum, go east. As I recall, Weirsdale is about an hour north of Tampa, just south of Ocala.

Mr. Mustang: CMC was located in the Miami area, which is about 250 miles south of Tampa. By the way, you (and many others) like to bring up their name every time a question about manufacturers in Florida is asked. Their lousy reputation has been hashed over enough and is not a reflection on other manufacturers in Florida or elsewhere. CMC has been gone a long time, as I'm sure you are aware, so why bring up their name when Mac VABCH asks a question about a manufacturer that is in business today and doing a good job? And yes, I am aware that some of the people from CMC are involved with Streebeasts, but that was not the question here, was it?

EM did move to Texas from Florida. I've got an EM, and love it.
