They couldn't agree on a name for the surviving entity -- a very common problem with mergers. In fact, that's what killed the merger between grocery market chains "Big Star," "Piggly Wiggly", and "Teeters." Somebody realized that the resulting name had to be "Big Wiggly Teeters" and that was pretty much it.... |
