Spf exhaust weight ?
I am in the process of selling my factory spf pipes. Does anyone know how much the pipes weigh(about). Trying to get an idea on what it would cost to ship from Rockford il. to ca. Has anyone ever shipped in cardboard vs. wood crate to keep cost down ? Thanks

My Stainless Specialties pipes were shipped in a cardboard box and they arrived just fine.
Not sure what my old ones weighted. They are up in the attic now. If no one else helps you with the weight, I will try to get one down tomorrow after I get home from work.

I personally would not accept full pipes shipped in a cardboard container and would insist on wood crate...and would be willing to pay the extra shipping, too. Not worth the risk, IMHO.
