Additional Gauges

What kind of gauges have you added to your Cobra in addition to the standard Speedo, Tach, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, Ammeter or Voltmeter, Oil Temp, and Fuel level? Were they Mechanical or Electric?

Wideband AF.

Pyro-gauges!
Two, one for each exhaust. Marvelous tools, they will tell you instantly if one cylinder starts to act up-at least what bank it is on.
Drag racing, they were critical. Even though the water gauge showed motor was up to heat, if the exhaust wasn't at 1,125* degreees our strip times were lower-at 1,125 we always got a few tenths faster than not.
DV
* These temps were for our original 'Double Venom' which had the Viper V-10 engine.

A Fuel Pressure gauge, if run into the cockpit, would have to be electric for safety reasons, wouldn't it?

Not necessarily, it requires an isolator on the firewall which used propylene glycol from that point to the dash.
