Bad part from CSR

Anybody had a bad part from CSR. I couldn't believe it when i got my $175.00
filler neck and found that it was not machined right. E-mailed them and waiting to see what happens, pretty pissed off.

Bad PR and you've not given them time to make it right??

I have had several parts sent to me, fitment not really all that good, but they have always made it right. Give them a chance to fix the situation. They are a very good company to get parts from.

Hope CSR will make it right.

That's right,i was frustrated 'cause it took a long time to get here, always expect stuff to be exact,my mistake,i should have expect it like it is in life,i'll wait for somebody to e-mail if it's like you said that they are a good company.
The part look very nice except for that major problem, thanks for the support guys.

Who is CSR?

michel schryer 07-03-2009 04:34 PM

CSR is a company in Florida that sell performance parts. They have distributors across the states but you can buy directly.
They introduce a bigger AN fitting -20 for the 360 degree filler neck that i bought but they didn't figure out that this fitting is bigger than the -16 which was the biggest size that they had and it would touch the base. That was totally overlooked by quality control. Those parts are very nice and very expensive too. Hope it helps.
