sideoiler10 (Bob) is how we should ALL be...
I just completed a recent transaction through CC with Bob A. ("sideoiler10") for some 99.9% new Goodyear Billboards. He posted them at a price to move them and I was the first in. He honored that despite getting several hundred hits on the ad. He then worked diligently on his end to have them properly weighed for shipping. The shipping quote came in higher than we first thought, but we proceeded.
He had just painted the letters with Ranger Tire Paint, so to protect them in-transit he wrapped each individual tire entirely in clear wrap, with a protective cardboard cutout over the letter portions to keep them from getting marred! They arrived completely unscathed. He also included the small can of paint for touch-ups (which he didn't have to do, but he did). Oh, it gets better. The actual shipping costs were misquoted and ended up being around what we originally thought it should be. He didn't have to admit this, but he did. And he even sent me a refund check in the mail for the difference. With all the crap that is going on in our world, and with all the dirty politics and unethical people that we all have to deal with day in and day out, it's refreshing to know that there are still good honest people in our society.
