Mitty vs HSR and SVRA events at Road Atlanta

I go to the Mitty at Road Atlanta every year and, even though the high $ cars have been fewer the last couple of years, I still thoroughly enjoy it.
How does the HSR, sponsored by Classic Motorsports in August, and the SVRA event in October, compare to the Mitty and each other as far as number and quality of cars?
Open paddock at both events?
What's the basic difference between HSR and SVRA? Seems like they would be pretty similar. Kind of like SCCA and NASA?

Any info would be appreciated. I'd like to go to at least one of them and if I can only go to one, which one do I pick? Since SVRA is so close to Run and Gun, I might have to skip it unless you guys say it's real good.

Thanks
