LeMans Bowls on H 850?
Is this a straight forward bolt on modification or is there more to it than swapping bowls and fuel lines?
Thanks

I had LeMans bowls 10 years ago, while I don't remember the details (old fart), I DO remember the needle valve stuck open and pumped gas our the vent tube onto a hot manifold. There's something about the needle valve configuration that can lead to this problem.

The Le Mans float bowls go right on your Holleys. They can be touchy on float levels and need to be set off the carb. Make sure you have a front and a rear. On Cobra applications they didn't use the float bowl crossover tube as we have fuel logs.

Mick are you saying that i would use my existing log? All the old photos of the setup looked to be setup with a series of hoses?
I ask the question as I have experienced no then too much throttle during spirited backroad hijinks...The idea of getting 450+ HP suddenly to the rears when throttle is over applied on lack of response is a bit concerning...Or losing it due to trailing throttle oversteer at the wrong time...
Thanks
