2016 gt350r

What are the dealers asking for these over sticker?

Thanks,

Allan

My local dealer was asking $15k over sticker for one of the 1964 (qty built) special edition/serialized 50th Anniversary Specials.

Wouldn't surprise me if the GT350R's will be $30k over sticker.

Cheers
Greg

Any feed back from others. I am told $40k over for a GT350R, not sure if it is 2015 or 2016.

And they wonder why everyone hates them!

You won't find a '15 "R" for 40K over, there were only 37 built. The rate on the '16 "R"s seems to be 30K and up.

And save your dealer hate.......it is the PUBLIC that makes some cars sell for over list. Simple supply and demand. You can get a big discount on some cars, pay list for others and if you want to have a GT350 right away you will pay for that honor. Regular GT350s are going for 5-15 over and Focus RS are 5K over.

If the public won't pay it, the dealers won't get it. Stand your ground and don't pay a penny over............just don't expect to get a GT350!

And let's see how many go over the block when Barrett-Jackson starts.............

A dealer in out of the way, boondocks Ellijay, GA just got $85k for a non-R 2016 GT 350.

$30k+ over the Monroney!!!

I was willing to go 40k over for the 2015 GT350R, but in 2016 they are going to make 500 or so I hear. So I am out. Good luck to them. I think you you can get a 2016 GT350 for sticker however.

So if you can get one for that you can flip it for a nice profit. Let us know how you make out!

Not for quite a while. The "early adopters" are still keeping the ADMs on the regular cars at about 5K minimum. As the floor plans age the ADMs will come down though. Patience will be rewarded. "R" cars were allocated to select dealers and most of them think very highly of them. It will take longer for them to come down.

The 2015s are going to be locked down for a while. Many of the 2015 regular cars and almost all of the R cars were sold to Ford Execs and other insiders on various discount plans, but they are under resale restrictions for quite some time. Those few that made it to dealers have such high ADMs that they will not ever be worth what they paid for them. If you're looking for a car to drive wait for a 16.

I got a quote for a gt350(not an R) and was surprised it was only $7500 over sticker. Didn't ask about the GT350R but will ask tomorrow

2 dealers in Az had already sold theirs for $20k over sticker. Anyone know how many they are making?

Regular or R? Regular cars were to be built in GT500 like numbers, e.g., 4000 per year. R cars were to be Boss 302 Laguna Seca numbers, 400-500 per year. Any dealer that wanted a regular car could get one (after paying program fee), some would get more based on their sales volume. R cars were allocated to dealers by lottery since theywere overbooked, thus the high ADMs. R cars (with no back seat) are a difficult "spec inventory" sell so most were sold with a customer order to back them up. According to some forums, people who had good relationsships with a dealer and got their order in early did get a 2016 R car for MSRP. Not many though.
