SOFT TOPS with rear braced roll bar
I'd like pictures of soft tops altered from standard to fit over a functional rear braced roll bar. The soft top I bought from Everett-Morison many years ago, will not fit over my functional rear braced roll bar. I was told that to alter the top it would be better off making a new soft top and use my hardware. A picture would help me explain options.

Made from new design soft top
So some pics so you understand the infrastructure needed to get over roll bars and third legs.
This all made new to suit the car. Side windows and soft top bows noting the rear bow stay allowing the soft top to overhang the top of the roll bars and third legs. https://images2.imgbox.com/f0/2b/NRZx7iqA_o.jpg Sorry about the size changes. So the mounting studs set up behind third legs to give soft top fabric angle from the last bow to the bodywork https://images2.imgbox.com/c7/ce/In8B76Z0_o.jpg Different angle view of arrangement. Soft top fabric includes a felt around the mounting studs to help protect the body work, I wanted the large window for best vision and this also made the third brake light we have to mount by our rules visible to following vehicles. https://images2.imgbox.com/21/ce/8UZhADiX_o.jpg And lastly some ideas about material fitting around third legs as noted from the tonneau design below too. https://images2.imgbox.com/5a/a3/A1ghMU7e_o.jpg Hope these images are of use to you.
