Shameless Plug
For you guys who have Speedvision - On Saturday Evening, April 20th, 5 p.m - check out the broadcast of last weekends Trans-Am race at Long Beach. The last lap is probably one of the better battles you'll ever see in road racing - three-wide, three lead changes, rubbin', bump n' runs, etc. . . .
And, on top of it all (drumroll please), maybe a cameo spot by yours truly, giving Mr. Gentillozzi a 10 sec. penalty for a pit stop infraction (if its' not edited out) |
D*mn Jim, That last lap looked like Club Cranky headin back to the Seneca for some libations. I told the wife to watch, per your info. Even she was hootin and hollerin as those guys kept shucking and jivin and blockin with the bumper and even some side bumper!!! Thanks for the heads up, I would have never seen it without.
On another note, whats up with Willie T.? Sounds like he was either really drunk or seriously ill. McFEZ PS: BTW, the shot of your butt heading for the wall at 9.5 seconds was hilarious. |
what a great finish! one of the best endings! was lucky enough to be there and then see it on television was special. But... as good as the finish was is as bad as the new SPEED channel! no more allan cadanet,
vintage racing. Barrett Jackson had to pay for their air time and only was aired once. |
