Just us racers
Looks like next weekend we gots the CC forum all to ourselves. While those other guys are off flinging whatever they fling. We can trash talk all we want without any interference from the flingers.
Congratulations to John McMahon for being the first to reach 3,000 posts. He did have somewhat of a challenge from the West coasters in the other league. Nice to see the return of Bob Evans now that he discovered the racing friendly forum. We also antisipate the return of Cal Metal to our All Racing Talk forum. All racing all the time, Crankster BTW I prefer the small ribs to the big ribs |

Not going to the Fling (unavoidable conflicts in schedule), however, your more than welcome to join myself and the GSRMC at Englishtown, Raceway Park from 2:30pm till close on Saturday the 22nd of June for a little "alternate" track action..........Hell, come down first thing in the AM and run the autocross with the local SCCA folks (if your going to do this, let me know and I'll arrive early).....Neither one is quite as thrilling as an open road course, but hell, any racing is still racing in my book........................Don't be shy, bring McMustang and a car to race (damn, bring the Mctruck and run that if you must)................Not too far away from the two of you.................... Just some draggin at the local Strip. Bill, I may or may not have McStang up and running by then. Got the left head off yesterday and found all I have is a blown head gasket between cyl #7 & 8. Still plan on putting new double valve springs in and "take a little" off the deck. I'll probably see you soon for top shelf gaskets. You got the double gaskets with the metal between the two? Cranky, As far as reaching 3K posts??? Big Whoop, now I can die. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: I was also up your way recently and the smell from all the Car Wax and Armor All looming over M-Ville and Bridgewater really stunk to high heaven. They must be putting an extra coat on for SF! :LOL: :LOL: :LOL: |
