Learning Heel-toe ?'s

Hi Guys,
I'm new to the lapping session game so I have alot to learn.
While watching the "Foot Cam" during the coverage of the AMLS race I was blown away by the heel-toe foot work of one of the Porsche drivers.
How does one go about learning this skill?

Buy an old manual car, a good book explaining the technique and practise practise practise.

In an old car the gratings and grindings won't sound so bad.

It also helps to have the brake pedal and your acclerator pedal custom set to work with your foot size. Now even some of the NASCAR drivers are trying it at Sears Point.
