What type and thickness aluminum are you using and what type tool are you using to cut it to get those smooth edges? |
.063 I use a table saw, band saw, files, DA, lots of sand paper and lots of time but the pay off is well worth it.

That is so awseome. Im pulling my engine out for more detailing next week. I think i will take an extra week to see if i can make the engine bay look just as good as yours.
