Not sure I can with out the car, even after there cut out they all have to be fitted due to the fact that no two cars are the same. I do this on most the cars I build and there is allot of fine tuning to make them work. It's most likely one of those deals I would have to have the car to do it and have it all fit right.

What type and thickness aluminum are you using and what type tool are you using to cut it to get those smooth edges?

.063 I use a table saw, band saw, files, DA, lots of sand paper and lots of time but the pay off is well worth it.

They Tell me the wheels will be in by the 5th or 6th and then were off and running.

That is so awseome. Im pulling my engine out for more detailing next week. I think i will take an extra week to see if i can make the engine bay look just as good as yours.
