sway bar

Has any of the A&C owners played around with sway bars?

Yes, I bought a narrowed mustang ii version from Heidts and had to modify their mounting brackets to make it work. Send me your email address and I can forward you some pictures.

where did you get your swaybar at

Roscoe 01-13-2013 05:12 PM

I got it from a company in South Carolina years ago. I don't think they are in business anymore. I did provide a measurement point to point and ran the bar underneath the chassis, as you can see. The bar is also attached to the back end of the front crossmember.

Keep in mind that I've had this sway bar installed for 10 years with lots of driving (see all the dirt) and track time. It's not just for show. My build site is http://www.priveye.com/cobra.htm
