Rear bumper

I'm in the process of putting quick jack bumpers on my A&C CHP says I need them......The guy I bought the car had no intension of using them and cut the rear braces off the frame before mounting the body. Looking through the holes I believe I can just drop the fuel tank and weld a piece of angle iron with a gusset on each side. What I need is the size and the distance up to the first hole so I can get them in the right place. I read somewhere that they are 31' between them. I kind of like the looks without them....Thanks Bob

Thanks for the Pics. They were a big help. kind of debating weather to drop the gas tank before doing the welding or not. I almost think that I could get away without dropping it.....bob
