VIN # Cert of Origin

I received my body and AC sent me the Cert of Origin. I've searched this forum but can't understand the sequence. I've read that the invoice # is the first part of the Vin ID; followed by 1967COBRA; that matches what mine says, BUT then the last four characters are !@!( - that's odd; unless they had CAP LOCKs on and meant 1219.....
Any one have anything similar?
Thx,
PJ

Also, is there a "VIN ID" plate riveted to the body someplace? I've built several custom bikes and they would all have a stamped # .

They do not supply a vin tag, my number ends with the same numbers before 1967COBRA.
In Ohio after state inspection the state provides a vin tag and they pop rivet in place.
Some have said they received two tags and the put one on the body and one on the frame.
Not sure what is done in Florida.
I would say call Joe T for a number explanation
