Front body mount help

Can someone please explain where they drilled the holes shown in step number 54? I’m thinking it means down through the top of the bracket, through the rubber walk off mat and through the fiberglass.

Yes, but if I recall (been 18 years) there is no easy way to do it with the bracket mounted usin a standard drill.
I think I first drilled a hole thru the bracket and matt material mounted the bracket transferred the hole position. Removed the bracket and then drilled the hole.
Then mounted the bracket and then bolted together.
One thing, don’t forget to lift the body slightly to put a little stress on the body per the instructions.

Drill bit

I bought a drill bit from Home Depot that was 1/4” x 18” long maybe $10. Attached the bracket to the frame as pictured and the drilled the hole into the body. Don’t forget to put a rubber washer between the bracket and the body!
