Radiator Size
I know we had some discussions here in the past about the size radiator that were used but they seem to be gone. So, I am asking again.
Seems like 19" is the proper height but how wide of a unit is being used. The other think I had a question about is tilting the radiator back like the origional. When I first talked to Joe at A&C about doing that he said I would have to make a shroud for the front to scoop the air into the radiator otherwise I would have overheating issues. Any thoughts? Thanks, Aaron |
The size is a standard 19 x 26. Just a suggestion, I got mine from AFCO Racing. They modified it by cutting off the fill spout, adding AN -16 fittings top and bottom and adding a petcock. The total cost was 250.00. Much better than my original Griffin, which sprung a leak at a weld.
