Fender Flares Problems
Has anyone had a problem with the front fender flares being drastically different(IMO) between the driver side and passenger side. I understand that there may be inconsistencies when creating the fiberglass bodies, but this is causing me alignment issues. If the body is centered using the outside edges of the wheel/fender well in relation to the tires, the front bumper mounts are about 1/2 off between the driver and passenger side locations. Of course if the front is off, then that causes some problems in the rear, but nothing too noticeable. I've already had to grind out a section where the fender flare angles into the the side of the body on the drivers side, just to get the wheel to turn left. The glass seemed to roll under instead of flare out. Its kind of hard to explain without pictures, and I don't think I have any pictures detailed enough. I know there is nothing I can really do about it, I'll just have to do the best I can to try and even out the bumpers when mounting. I thought I would just rant about it for a bit. I feel a little better, but not much.

A&C Alignment
Have you spoken with Joe at A&C? He is really very helpful when it comes to tech support for the build.
Regarding alignment, I know that the frame outriggers are different lengths when measured from the main frame rails. One side (I forget which side) is one inch longer than the other. This is important when mounting the sidepipes. However, if you center the body on the frame, relative to the main frame rails, you should have no problems with fender flare clearances. The only thing I can think of would be the ride height, which if set too low could cause a tire to wheel well clearance issue. Before you cut anything, call and speak with Joe.
