Body mount issue
Hi everyone: Well, my body finally met the frame yesterday. it looks awsome but it doesn't fit as good as it should. The 3 and 4 speed lever touches the side of the body. This prevents the front of the body being center on the tires. Mind you it is very difficult to get a good measurment due to the bad camber on the tires. I can cut through the side of the foothousing alowing free movment and then covering it up with tin but before i do that, hopefully someone else has had this problem. My trans is a 4sp toploader (67). I also had my expanson tank touch my hood but with the front body mounts mounted as high as it can go, theres enough clearance.
Happy new year everyone Automan |
