How did you line up the bumper holes?

Any good tips on projecting the holes from the bumper supports to the fiberglass? Not to worried about the back but the front are a separated by 3" to 4".

I don't have an A&C, but I used a welding rod to locate mine on a Midstates. Centered the welding rod in the frame mount for the bumpers and marked the holes. Drilled a small hole, checked again to insure it was where it needed to be.Then drilled to the proper size. Good luck

Thanks I'll give it a go.

I actually used the threaded rod and mounted it as close to the inside of the bumper with the nuts. That way i knew that the circle i marked on the inside of the fibreglass would be correct. Drilled first with a 1/8 drill bit in the center and finished fron the outside using masking tpe to keep the fibreglass smooth.

I also used Automan's technique. Worked out great.

Same technique as above. I used threaded rod, extended it thru the frame holes till it touched the fiberglass. ( I secured it with a nut on each side of the frame) Marked where the hole should go by tracing around the rod on to the fiberglass. I drilled a very small hole from the inside of body to outside, just to locate the holes and make sure I liked where the placement of the bumper would be.
