Email sent and a post here. Weight is coming off slow now but the inches are still shrinking. I can fit into, although snuggly, a size 36 pants and the same goes for a size large on shirts. A long way from size 54pants and xxxxl shirts. Mike |

Way to go Mickie!! That is awesome. As of today i am down 117 pounds to 183. I was lower but gained weight this week eating my grandmothers down down cooking on the farm on my visit there. Time to get back on the watch what I eat train. I was able to buy 34 pants this week for the first time. I havent heard anything yet from Roush about my engine. I hope to get it back soon to go out with you'all

Good job on loosing the lbs. I haven't been able to get into anything under 37 waist since High School. Dam! Good job.
