65 AC Cobra Body - $4000 (campverde)

I saw this listed on Prescott Craigslist under cars and trucks by owner.
I have a 65 Ac Cobra body, just the body, has doors, trunk, hood, multi piece floor and wheel tub. Body is fiberglass, very thick. Was told that it is a superformance body do to its longer interior section and wider wheel well tubs, over a factory body. body retailed for over 7,500. I am asking 4,000 or best offer, will consider some trades. I can be reached at 928 301 4467,call or text. thanks Josh

This would make a good winter project for someone.

Winter? How many winters? Why just the body? SPF bodies are empoxyed to frame, cannot be removed. Interesting..... Would guess not an SPF body. Also Interior section and wheel well tubs are same as Shelby. Caution there. Longer interior section would perhaps inferr Classic, Lone Star, JBL, Hurricaine, Backdraft. All with longer wheel base.

It is not a Classic Roadster.

Looks like someone who starts a lot of projects.

Right on HYDE! Looks like parts to repair the Bay Bridge in the background.

Difficult to read the contours and shape but the front end and rear flares look like a West Coast cobra.

Most certainly not a JBL.

We do not use a interior fiberglas tub.

Please see the chassis photos here.

Funny that he doesn't know who made the body but knows that it retailed for $7500...

Wow, I got to say that JBL chassis is pretty impressive. Well engineered and the welds are beautiful!
