Selling Cobra and trailer

It is with much regret and sadness that I must sell SPF#136. Due to some medical issues and family/business stuff I am forced to sell. SPF#136 has a 1963 427 FE, Solid lifters, Holley 850, Shelby AL Heads and is well sorted out.

I also must sell the open car trailer. Have used/loaned it several times and it handles well.

SPF#136 going fo $45,000
Trailer- $ 1,800

Sold as a pair or separately

Can send me message here or leave a message at (480) 361-5205

Thats a bummer. Alsways sad to see one go but times are tough these days. Many wishes to sell it quickly. Maybe post some pics for those who might be interested. I sold my SPF on cobra country in 2 weeks after advertising it on club cobra for 6 months. It only cost about $200 to list it on cobra country.

Jeff, THat's too bad. I hoped you would be able to work around this. My best to you and Dawn.

mobilenuke 11-09-2009 02:41 PM

Dan,

I have tried to work things out for several moths now but it now seems that I will have to have shoulder surgery on top of alll the other stuff and be out of work for several months. Wish I had another option. I will get some pics posted this evening.

Thanks for the kind words.

Jeff
Sorry to hear you are selling your car. Hope the surgery goes well. Give Dawn our best wishes also.

Jeff, are you on SCOF? I can let them know. Can't hurt. I, too, would encourage you to advertise on Cobra Country: http://www.cobracountry.com/home2.html
Take good photos and write up what your are going to post ahead of time and carefully.

Wow, what a drag... I can attest to this being a swell car indeed and the trailer was built for me as a custom piece and is really a good one for sure.

Here are some pics of the car:

These are from the Superformance website and are of SPF136. I should know, I am driving...

There are more pics in my gallery from when I owned the car but it has been beautifully refurbed since then...

It is a tough time indeed :(

Here is another quite good shot of the car...

Good luck with the sale:o

I should add that the car had all of the updates done up until about SPF2200 or so which is when I sold it to Jeff. All kinds of stuff like the better diff mounts, the Bilstein thing , the spring changes..

Mike Brasfield 11-13-2009 04:57 PM

Oh no. Jeff, who's trailer am I going to borrow now? To all reading, I can attest the trailer pulls like a dream. I wish I had a place to keep the trailer I would buy it Jeff. Hope you shoulder is OK soon.

here is a bump for you - put it on the for sale section here on the forum with links to the SPF site for pics.. or take them from my gallery.. or... email me and I will send you lots of pics of this car you can use..

car4jim 11-16-2009 11:01 PM

Can I please inquire about the make of the trailor, or some pics?

mobilenuke 11-21-2009 01:54 PM

Sorry for the delay car4jim,

I fried my motherboard. Had some electrical power off and on and lost computer for several days.

The trailer was custom built for Steve Mulvey (Mulv) and I purchased it from him
several years ago. It handles very well and tracks straight.

Nice trailer, can you open your door after the car is loaded? Looks like the fenders would be in the way.

mobilenuke 11-21-2009 04:41 PM

The wheel fender on drivers side is removable. Middle pic shows latch on fender.
