Cobra funs! I have now matched my attendance record with a car as opposed to before it was done.
Take good care of that item Karl, and I hope you don't earn it again next year. |
I cannot tell you how much I enjoy having the club at my office! I consider it an honor to be associated with a bunch of gassy smelling, rubber burnning people. They make it easy on me, all I have to do is make coffee and open and close the office.:o
I look forward to next year and hope to have many more represented. If need be I can get the picture taker(s) roof access.**) Next year we should consider getting news coverage, giving rides for 10 or 15 dollar donations that we give to a charity. Makes us look good.:JEKYLHYDE Now that she's done I hope to join on some rides. Dennis |
Dennis
thanks for opening your business to us. You need to change you're avatar to that nice car you have. |
Thank you for posting the photos Mikiec, they included almost everyone and are a great memorie of the party.
|
Diana and I had a grat time, The end came way to quickly , Before we new it, it was time to clean up and go . At least the ride home wasn't as cold as it was going .Oh yes thank you ,Mike for the escort,no one needs to know right! Ha Ha!.
|
What Don????????????
Mike got you a Escort???? Was the Escort good looking at least? Does Diana know about this? Damn, sounds like Mike is a pretty crazy friend. |
Let's just say....
Don could not find his way out of a paperbag opened up at both ends. :):):) Mike |
Soooo, did Don get lost? Did he forget his debit card again?
|
Don got very lost...... Diana was going to shoot him. She even asked to borrow my 1911.
Finally had to go get them. How they got from the 101 and pima exit to thunderbird and south and then ending up at 76th st and Frank LLoyd is beyond me. |
Arrivals video
Here's a vid of some "arrivals" at the get together. My vote for most impressive is Spoooky's because of the FLAME that came out of his sidepipe -- a nice touch that adds a special flare to the burnout and an added treat courtesy of the RPM limiter action. See it about 4 minutes into the video, gotta look quick.
Go here if you want to view in full screen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T3cJmIVHfk A great time and add my thanks to Mike and Ginny for putting it together, and to Dennis for the use of his facility. Bravo! |
Hey I didn't see Jim's Backdraft in the photo bucket. Did he get his fixed?
Bill |
Sandy, you are the camera king.
Thanks for taking the time. Dan |
Great camera work Sandy. Do you have any other cars doing the arrival burn outs? Sent you a PM asking for other videos. THANKS
|
A good turnout. Thanks for all the hard work Mike and Ginny. Thanks for hosting Dennis, your car is perfect (swap my 4barrel for the webers!!!). Camera work and all the food also. Sorry we had to leave early, never again.
Merry Christmas. gary and vikki |
Next year tell Vikki that long burnouts are required.
It was good to see you both. mike |
Love the flame! Thanks for the fun camera work Sandy.
|
Thanks but gotta get there earlier next year. I got there 10 to 15 minutes after the earliest published time and most had their cars parked already, dang! You would think with those temperatures (34 degrees at my house that morning) most guys would delay a little so it could warm up a bit. But nooooo -- what a hardy group.
Uh-oh, after reading what I just wrote, in order to attempt to prevent possible off-color comments I must edit: "Hardy" is defined in the dictionary as "...accustomed to fatigue or hardships" and that is the sense in which it was used above.:D |
Sandy,
The proper term is WACKO. Mike |
