Official Challange
Ok,
Congrats to the Tucson gang for getting so many out at one time. The official challange run will be MAY 8th. 2010. Tucson-John pick the meeting place. Mike |
Might I suggest a place that is better prepared for that large of a group. The Country Club was a great setting but I felt bad that some poeple were just getting their food when others were ready to leave.
On the other hand, If we would of got there on time may of been different. %/ |
Ron the challenge usually isn't that far south and may end up at a Dairy Queen.

I suggest a reinactment of the first run. Marias for lunch and DQ for a just desert.

Mikiec, that date looks good. Of course we'll be within days of 100 degrees. I've been planing a route out to the southwest around Maricopa but I know that it will be very warm. An early start and heading for the mountains sounds good to me. Any other suggestions ? If it gets really really hot perhaps we could go over to Bob's and drink beer and talk about actually driving. I'll bring some ice cream so we can make beer floats.

I know it's gonna be warm. I figure we can be at Marias 930ish for a brunch. Go the long way to Globe and stop at the DQ.
