Hey Ron, I am glad to hear that everything went well. I had two detachments in three years in the same eye. I requested that they put me to sleep so I didn't have the experience that you had. Don't try to push the recovery time, also, do not put any pressure on your eyes, I am sure that the doctor spoke with you about what parts of the body can cause pressure on the eyes. You should have normal vision once the eye gets over the trama that it went thru.
