Mikiec,
Check out the Mark4 basic package special from FFR. $9,999. Go to FFR website. |
Don't see it. Can you give more info on where to find it?
Thanks |

|
And, I believe, there were only 15 available at that price.
|
Yes,
Only 15 available. Saw it and thought.. should I build another? I did see the new MK4 when I took my annual pilgramige to FFR this past July. It is really, really nicely done. Mike |

Fitz, OK I give up US$72,500 for a motor, what type would that be, the new Roush iteration of the old one, without the kinks?:LOL::LOL: tin-man |
It is a Fitz Motor and car.%/
|
The motor was designed and build especially for Mr. Fitz.

I think it still needs some thingeys added just not sure. Maybe Kenny Bell could help. Motor is between a Levy Stage 5 and Stage 6. Gordon's comments below:
Stage 5 Street Engine 408 stoked 351 C.I. engine. 540hp, 550lbft of torque. This engine is a real rock and roller and will run on 91 octane pump fuel. This is also a fully machined and hand assembled engine. Features include, steel crank, forged I beam rods, Forged pistons, Victor Jr. cylinder heads, Custom hydraulic roller cam, and Victor Jr. intake. 6000 rpm shift point with a 6500 rpm rev limit. Initial start-up of a Stage 5 408w [video] Price: $8995 Stage 6 Engine Street Engine The is a stroked 351 Windsor displacing 408 CI. Features of this engine include a fully forged rotation assy, Custom solid roller cam, Victor JR heads, Internally balanced, Super victor Intake, 10-1 compression. This engine made a whopping 633hp and 618lbft of torque on the dyno. This was done with unported heads and a Holley 750 carb. That means there is way more in this one. We all know it is the driver in these things that make them go (Karl, Gordon, Canada Vette boy etc). I drive it like a sweet little old lady. Don't want to wet myself too many times. Gordon can let you know what makes it go. I don't have the Carb but do have the intake of the Stage 6. At least I think so......%/ |

Well as you know we are all cobra impressed. My car is the second car built by Mr Gordon. The first car built had the bare goodies on it. Didn't know much about building. Second car was built with certain things in mind. (I had a list). I was there 2 times per week taking pictures; talking to the actual guys welding, screwing, painting, wiring etc. Gordon couldn't wait to see me. This engine is the second engine put in this car. First engine got sick and we had to kill it after it's heart attack. This engine is done right.
Car has everything on it. (It is a bit different). I wanted it to be special.:) and it is. My car is always for sale. This car never has been tracked more than driving it around at Bondurant once or twice. It is very fast in the right hands. Has all the goodies for the track. Put 18" Pilot® Sport PS2 on this toy for fun. You can look at my Gallery; page 3 for a list of all the things done to this toy. The XM Stereo has been upgraded in last 6 months with some added umph in the trunk. |
Fitz,
It sounds like the Burger King Car. " Have it your way". And that's the best way. You have a good motor in that car, I know cause I got one of the thar' Levy motors in my GT. It takes the lickin' and keeps on tickin'. I gotta say it has done well for the last ten years. I remember the time we got snow on our cars up in Williams. Not many can say they were on a cruise when it snowed. :D Hersh:) |
Got lots of the Gordo goodies on my car.
|
I keep saving for Gordons brakes and a nice 408. The wife keeps spending it. :):)
Oh, crap. She will read this. Mike |
