Abandoned Red Snake?

Who abandoned a wounded red snake at the side of the road on west bound US-60 just west of Idaho Road Saturday morning? Hope it was recovered and safely/lovingly returned to its owner.

Maricopa 01-17-2011 11:44 AM

Couldn't have been Dan's, his is orange.

Danr55 01-17-2011 03:28 PM

Couldn't've been Dan's cause that is in the garage
, broken.

mikiec 01-17-2011 05:39 PM

Still not fixed? I hoped you have not changed your name to Karl.

RedSnake351 01-18-2011 12:04 AM

Wow, I just opened an e-mail from concerned buddy of mine from the Windy City Cobra Club asking if I was alright after reading this thread.
He has every right to be concerned, his shop did a great job repairing the Redsnake about 4 years ago after I did a "Karl Spin" and smashing the hell out of it.
So, Jerry Clayton, she is safe and sound in my garage, not to worry!
But thanks for your concern anyway.

So who's was it or does it belong to a snowbird who hasn't joined our dysfunctional group yet?

Jerry Clayton 01-18-2011 08:30 AM

was there a license plate near the bottom of the stripes on the trunk???

Glad to hear you and it are ok Ralphy

Danr55 01-18-2011 06:21 PM

Jerry, Ralphy being OK is a matter of concern for many people. Most wonder if he is or not.. In any event, was the red Cobra Ricks? I heard he had it for sale.

Not!
Dan
Why don't you just take the part to a machinist and have it made?

rooster 01-18-2011 07:15 PM

Ralph, Just read this and I'm glad it wasn't you. Hope the other guy is OK.
Stay outa trouble dude. Russ

Danr55 01-19-2011 09:21 AM

Dave, That's what I've done. Mickmate has fabricated the proper length tie rod for me and it's on it's way back. He's done this before for other Contemporary owners. Should be together next week if I'm up to putting it together.

dave from mesa 01-19-2011 07:33 PM

Good
If you need help let me know. Not that I know what I'm doing.

mikiec 01-20-2011 06:57 AM

All this and we still don't know who's car..

dave from mesa 01-20-2011 09:27 PM

Was that Pete's car. His is red/silver stripes. dual roll bars.

mikiec 01-21-2011 07:01 AM

Pete has his car up for auction at Barrett-Jackson.

Danr55 01-21-2011 10:54 AM

Could it have been Dave Neuymeyer's car? Haven't heard from him for a while.

Wow, that's taking a chance in these economic times!
Is it possible to find it on their website?
Ralph
