- Brass Monkey awards need to be given to all those hearty souls who made the New Year's Day run.
- I can't make Saturday's run. I previously committed to attend an all day Sierra Club Conservation Committee meeting.
- Mikiec: I wish I'd taken your advice and just recorded the Michigan/SC bowl game. It was a great game, but watching the Cockfighters win on that 32 yard TD pass with only 13 seconds left in the game was painful. Ruined the rest of my day.

Only six 6 showed up today? Sunny and nice- no cops no tickets but what about that Zoo truck/van that had that escaped gorilla who actually drove Sammy's cobra?:eek: I mean who trained him to drive past the cops stuck in snow outside congress:LOL: or was that Karl ? You other guys missed out!

T'wern't moi. Mesa Mike and I went to the parts swap meet at the state fair grounds. The promoters are trying to "bring Pamona to Arizona" but have a long way to go.

Ralph, that is probably the best excuse ever.
Only 6 cars? That's a total of 13 cobras, 1 coupe, 1 70 mustang and a 53 Ford PU for the 2 runs.

I don't know how the weather was last week, but today it was very pleasant. The temp was in the mid 50's and the drive was comfortable. Ya'll should have been there.

The temp on New Years day in Yarnell while we were there. Arrival 30 degrees departure 34 degrees.

I'd guess it was in the high 50's when we arrived and in the mid to low sixties when we left.
