licensing home builds?
Got a friend that is considering building a Factory Five '33.
He has heard that there may be a restriction on licensing home builds.
Anyone know if this is true?
He is kind of worried about starting it and running into trouble down the road.

Is he in Arizona too? I wouldn't know why a '33 would be handled any differently than a '6x Cobra. It might even be cleaner because of the age difference between it and the Cobra era. Check with your state DMV but I think you'll be OK.
