Bouncing Screen
 
I s anyone else bothered by this bouncing effect of this screen? Seems every time you change topics, you have to wait for 15 seconds while the screen bounces around. Not sure it that's me or something new that has been added to keep us on our toes? Anyone have any ideas?

any magnets near the screen? phone or any chargers USB plugged in?
they can mess with the graphics card and display......any magnetic field near the monitor can skew the resolution
